ADW is seeking experienced and dedicated sewists/seamstresses to join the team!
Job Summary & Responsibilities- Sew/construct ADW products in a timely manner
- Execute and maintain craftsmanship and quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years operating industrial sewing/serger machines
- Profound knowledge of heavy-duty and vinyl fabrics
- Strong understanding different trims/threads and application
- Ability to read/understand complex patterns and specifications
- Accurately cut, measure and mark fabric and other materials
- High level of attention to detail
- Commitment to quality and accuracy
- Provide a high level of professional behavior: promptness, punctuality, and preparedness
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to perform minor machine repairs
- Good communication and team work skills
- Must own or have unrestricted access to industrial-grade machine**

Philadelphia, PA or surrounding states (NY, NJ, DE, MD, VA, DC) preferred*
